Where can I find information about my order status?

All details are available in your account under Order History. We’ll also notify you by email about every update (e.g., payment received, shipped, handed over to the carrier)..

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

You can change the address only before shipment. In that case, call our customer line (tel. 725 980 935), and we’ll try to make the change. If the package is already en route, you’ll need to arrange any changes directly with the carrier.

Which delivery and payment options are available?

We deliver via courier, to a pickup point, or to a self-service box. You can pay by card, payment gateway, mobile wallet, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You can also use a gift voucher. Check out all options for delivery and payment.

Can I also place an order by phone?

Yes! Call our customer line (tel. 725 980 935), and we’ll create the order with you over the phone.
