You have provided us with these data in the registration form on the E-shop. We process Personal Data during the event for organisational reasons. You can also voluntarily provide us with your personal data during promotional events.

The data is processed for a period of 5 years from the last end of the promotional event, unless you withdraw your consent earlier - or for another period, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promotional event.

Photos and videos from our events. We carefully record the entire course of a festival or other event organised by us. We then publish the videos and photographs for the purpose of further promotion. It may happen that we capture you in a photograph. Alternatively, we may include your name with the photo. We do this on the basis of your consent.

Likeness or name and surname.

We take photos and videos during our events. You can provide us with your first and last name when you register for the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or do not wish your photographs to be used for the above purposes, please inform in advance or at any time after the event.  

Data is processed for a period of 5 years after the event or until your consent is withdrawn.

Order processing.

In order to purchase goods on our e-shop, you must go through the Order process. By completing an Order, the Contract between us is concluded. This is the performance of the Contract.

During the Order process, you enter your name, surname, email, telephone number, contact and delivery address, billing information, or note information.

You will provide us with these details when you complete them either as part of the registration for a user account or during the Order.

The data is processed for the duration of the Contract or until it is transferred and then for 5 years after the end of the Contract.

Claims. We will process certain personal data in order to process a complaint in order to comply with a legal obligation and also to perform the Contract.

You provide us with this Personal Data in order to purchase goods on our e-shop, we process the Order and then fulfil the statutory or contractual obligation.

We will process your Personal Data for the duration of the customer's contractual relationship with us and subsequently for 5 years after its termination.

User Account.

If you create a user account, we will process your Personal Data to the extent necessary. We process Personal Data on the basis of a concluded Contract.

The data filled in during registration, in particular your email and other contact details (see above).

The scope of the processing of Personal Data may vary depending on which Personal Data you fill out in your User Account.

You provide this information to us when you create your User Account.

We process your Personal Data for this purpose for as long as the User Account exists and then for 4 years after cancellation.

Unless you have previously consented to this (e.g. as part of an Order), we will disclose certain Customer Personal Data to a third party for the purpose of assessing customer satisfaction.

We process the data for the duration of the customer's contractual relationship with us and subsequently for a period of 4 years after termination.

Accounting.

On the basis of the concluded Contract you will pay us the purchase price of the goods and transport. We issue you accounting and tax documents, which we subsequently archive and further work with them for the purpose of proper bookkeeping of our accounts and fulfilling our legal obligations.

Invoice details: name, surname, email address, billing address, or other identification of the User and details of the performance under the Order. Details on the tax invoice: name, surname, email address, billing address or other identification of the User and details of the goods ordered.

After filling in the payment information in the profile, we will save this information to create an invoice. We are fulfilling a legal obligation.

We have a legal obligation to keep accounting documents and accounting records (invoices) for a period of 5 years starting from the end of the accounting period to which they relate. We are also obliged to keep the invoice for 3 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax liability relating to the invoice arose. We are also obliged to keep tax documents for 10 years from the end of the tax year in which the transaction took place.
